A Treasury Department agent is hot on the trail of an international jewel smuggling ring.  He joins up with a traveling carnival that he suspects is being used as the front for the operation.  He finally locates the jewels hidden inside the head of a wax museum figure, closing in on the smugglers.  Sexy TRACY ROBERTS stars in this obscure film, which also features handsome leading man DON McGUIRE.  Approx. 67 minutes, B&W.
